Law Firm Grubeša and Partners covers all areas of law, with a primary focus on Commercial Law, Civil Law, Family Law, Labor Law, Mediation, Arbitration Proceedings, Sports Law, Intellectual Property Protection, Bankruptcy and Pre-Bankruptcy Settlement Procedures, Financial Restructuring, Tax Law, Business Consulting, as well as Criminal and Misdemeanor Law. The Firm also specializes in amicable dispute resolution, defense in criminal proceedings, medical law, property law, inheritance proceedings, and compensation claims arising from traffic accidents. Additionally, the Firm offers legal support in real estate transactions, representing clients in purchase and sale procedures, and advises foreign natural and legal persons investing in Croatia, including representation of foreign companies.

Employees of the Firm are licensed mediators, registered with the Croatian Ministry of Justice, and members of the Croatian Mediation Association. The Firm puts a strong emphasis on alternative dispute resolution, with extensive experience in mediation and negotiation.
